A Lee county family of 6 including small children discovered their power outage was a result of illegal activity conducted by their neighbor and landlord next door! Deputies arrested Raul Gonzolez as he tried to escape from the connected duplex. They discovered Gonzolez not only had a stash of ammo and guns, but he had manipulated power next door to facilitate a large growhouse.
The infamous fugitive “lucky” Lois Reiss is waiting in a Texas jail to see who will pick her up first, Florida and Minnesota Authorities both have 10 days to extradite her. “On the Lamb Louis “ had authorities chasing her across the nation after she supposedly killed her husband and assumed the identity of a Fort Myers Beach woman after possibly murdering her.

The South Trail Fire District has been busy in recent days due to the drought, and last night they were on the scene of a house fore on Scott Lane. Battling this fire presented some challenges since there aren’t a lot of fire hydrants in the area. The house was heavily damaged. There were no injuries.
