With recounts looming in the Florida US Senate, Governor’s and Commissioner of Agriculture races,  Rick Scott has filed suit against the Broward and Palm Beach Election Offices alleging that officials are hiding critical information about the number of votes cast and counted. And in a suit against Palm Beach County, Scott is charging that the election supervisor illegally used her own judgment to determine voter intent when reviewing damaged or incorrectly filled-out absentee ballots, and didn’t allow impartial witnesses to monitor the process. Meanwhile, the Andrew Gillum campaign, is monitoring the situation in the Governor’s race closely and is ready for any outcome, including a state-mandated recount. In the Commissioner of Agriculture race, Democrat Nikki Fried has pulled ahead of Republican Matt Caldwell, after Caldwell had declared victory Tuesday night.

 

15 year old Christian McCrary a student at Naples High School has been arrested and charged with making threats against the school on social media. He’s expected to see a judge this morning.

 

80 year old Vera Lozen was killed after getting pinned underneath a van in Port Charlotte. The accident happened at the corner of Aaron Street and Gertrude Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene. FHP and the Sheriff’s Office are investigating.

Mom Finally Stops Breastfeeding 9-Year-Old Daughter

  • A mom who breastfed her daughter until she was 9-years-old said that it has given them an unbreakable bond.
  • Sharon Sphink is a mom of four and said that her daughter Charlotte naturally weaned off breastfeeding about 8-weeks ago.
  • Sharon said that some people consider her decision child abuse but she denies that claim and said that the nutrients and health benefits in breast milk are undeniable.
  • Sharon admitted that she struggled to breastfeed her other children so when she was able to feed Charlotte she decided to continue the process until her daughter decided to stop.

Michael Bublé Announces Tour

  • Michael Bublé is putting all of the retirement rumors to rest once and for all.
  • Michael announced his first tour since his 5-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer.
  • The ‘Don’t Believe The Rumors Tour’ will travel around Canada and also stop in the U.S. for 27 dates.
  • Michael’s new album ‘Love’ will be released on November 16th.

John Mellencamp and Meg Ryan Are Engaged

  • Call it “When Melly Met Sally” – Rocker John Mellencamp and actress Meg Ryan are engaged.
  • Ryan confirmed the news on Instagram after she was recently spotted wearing a sparkly engagement  ring.
  • Mellencamp and Ryan have been on-again, off-again since 2010.  Earlier this year, Mellencamp told Howard Stern that Ryan “hates me to death”.
  • Perhaps they can go on a join honeymoon with Neil Young and Daryl Hannah!
