Vote recounts continue in the US Senate, Governor and Commissioner of Agriculture races here in Florida. Meanwhile, The head of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement confirmed yesterday that a preliminary inquiry into the midterm election began last week into voting irregularities in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Palm Beach County is reporting issues with voting booths overheating causing additional recounting. Recounts must now be finished by November 20th.
Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an indecent exposure incident in the parking lot of the Publix at the Shoppes at Grande Oakes in Estero near Hertz Arena. A female FGCU student reported the incident. She was able to get the suspects license plate number, but he remains at large.
A Charlotte County Mom who left her two kids in a car, a four month old and an eight year old, is now facing charges. Misdemeanor charges have been filed against Nicole Eisenberger who left her children in the car with the AC on for over 20 minutes according to reports. The children are fine and Eiseberger will have a court date next month.
