21 year old Thadjarvis Armstrong of Lehigh Acres has been arrested and charged with the drive by shooting that injured a Fort Myers man Armstrong is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm from a vehicle. He’s being held on $100,000 bond.
Deputy Chance, a dog found in Lehigh Acres a few months back with his mouth taped shut, has gotten a second chance as a police dog with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and now the man police believe perpetrated the abuse on Chance has been arrested. He’s identified as 18 tear old Oscar Lee Thompson III.He’s been charged with animal cruelty.
Four out of ten gas pumps at a Gateway 7-11 were found to have credit card skimmers installed back on May 18th. An employee found the skimmers during a routine check. The 7-11 is located at 12011 Gateway Boulevard.
A 9 year old Sarasota boy identified as Chance Miller was killed yesterday while riding his bike to school. He was hit by a Chevy Silverado. That driver is cooperating in the investigation. Chance later died at an area hospital.
