Police have arrested a 12 year old Lehigh Acres boy for his part in an attempted kidnapping and robbery. Police say 12 year old Pedro Murphy allegedly lured a pizza delivery woman to a house, holding her against her will and then ransacking her automobile. A second accomplice is still at large. Murphy has been charged with unarmed robbery, unarmed burglary and kidnapping.

Three teens have been arrested and are facing gun charges after one student was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm on school property, while two other are accused of helping sell the gun on social media. This all happened at Clewiston High School.

 

Cape police arrested 37 year old Jason McGee after they say he allegedly put his two children in a choke hold after one of the children broke a Play Station console. McGee is facing two counts of child abuse, resisting arrest and assault charges.

Fire crews had to respond to a trailer fire last night in North Fort Myers. There was a box of live ammunition that ignited during the fire. No one was hurt. The investigation is continuing.

 

 

Florida Man Arrested For Hitting Mother With Corn Cob

  • How did ‘Florida Man’ spend his Memorial Day weekend?  Getting arrested for throwing a corn cob at his own mother.
  • Police say 27-year-old Cody Cummins of Pasco County, Florida was charged with domestic battery after throwing a corn cob at his mother, hitting her on the head.
  • According to the police report, the victim “was hurt but did not have any physical injuries”.  Cummins has previously served prison time on armed burglary charges.

You Can Set Your Google Account to Delete Itself When You Die

  • While you can write a will to make sure the property you leave behind falls into the right hands, what about your virtual property and personal information that’s stored on Google? You can do something about that, too — by setting your Google account to delete itself when you die.
  • The “Make a Plan for Your Account” option under “Data and Personalization” allows users to set an inactivity time frame. If you don’t sign on for the amount of time you specify, Google will erase your account, including your stored data and files. You can even set it to send you confirmation texts first.
  • If you can’t bear the thought of knowing your porn collection is going to be wiped from existence, you can also name up to 10 people to inherit your virtual possessions — and specify who gets access to what. Once your account becomes inactive, your heirs will have three months to claim whatever you left them. You can even write the message Google will send out to tell them you’re dead.

 

IHOP is changing its name again

  • IHOP is changing it’s name again and people believe its another publicity stunt.
  • The fast food restaurant did something similar not too long ago.
  • Last year, they briefly changed their name to IHOB to promote burgers on the menu.
  • Now, they’re going by IHOp, and will share more details on June 3.
