Anti Cuban Government Protestors Shut Down Roads Across Florida
An estimated more than 2,000 people took to the streets in Southwest Florida to protest the living conditions of their friends and family members living in Cuba. The Anti Cuban Government Protestors shut down roads all across Florida.
Last night the demonstrators blocked a section of I75 near Palm Beach Blvd.
And now, without connection to the internet, people outside Cuba are without communication to know exactly what is happening. According to the Miami Herald, Governor Ron DeSantis said Tuesday he wants Florida companies to provide internet connection to residents in Cuba. No details were released on the plan but it would likely be to use satellites to provide wi-fi hotspots to people on the island.
