This weeks TikTok Tuesday for foodies celebrates the diversity of one of the greatest things in life...food.

Let's kick thing s off with a video from my vacation in Bonaire, a Dutch island in the southern Caribbean. The island has lots of amazing food, a lot of Dutch inspired food and then there is the local cuisine. It includes goat stew, pictured above and iguana soup. The place to find it is Posada Para Mira in Rincon.

IGUANA

CAVIAR

That was on the rustic side, now lets go a little more chic. The next video comes from a work trip to California and it was a tough one with meals like this. Who would turn down a caviar experience in Sonoma at chef Michael Mina's Wit & Wisdom

TRENDY

The Girl and the Goat is an outstanding restaurant in Chicago. However, they recently opened a location in Los Angeles, and a foodie friend of mine posted this one. If you are in California (or Chicago) dine here.

SNAKES

And if you thought that eating iguana was crazy. How about this one? The process looks kind of creepy but the finished dish looks almost normal. I bet it would fool a lot of people if they did not know. But the real star of this video is this kid. I love the face on this little one. Perhaps a budding chef.

Enjoy TikTok Tuesday for foodies edition. Don't be afraid to try something new, especially when you are traveling. Try a local specialty, even if it is not something that sounds crazy, like iguana soup, which by the way, really did taste like chicken. Just chicken with lots of little bones. Ha.

Here's more TikTok Tuesday fun, especially if you like a beautiful Florida beach.

Oh, and you dog lovers will LOVE this one. It makes me laugh every time I watch these.
