According to a burglary complaint made to the Vermont State Police at the beginning of May, several bottles of alcohol were reported missing from a home in Stamford, while the homeowners were out. After reviewing surveillance videos and statements, Miller, 29, was charged with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
Ezra was finally found on Sunday night (August 7) and ordered to appear at Vermont Superior Court Bennington's Criminal Division for their arraignment towards the end of September.
‘Flash’ Star Ezra Miller Arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment
Ezra Miller, who stars in the upcoming DC film The Flash and April’s Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, was arrested by law enforcement in Hawaii yesterday morning (March 28). Miller was charged for disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar.
According to a post by the Hawaii County Police Department, officers responded to a report of a disorderly bar patron on Sunday night. Police determined that the agitator had become unruly while other patrons sang karaoke and had begun “yelling obscenities.” Miller, 29, then “grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts.”
Miller was arrested and charged on offenses of disorderly conduct and harassment. Bail was set at $500, which Miller provided, with law enforcement subsequently releasing them from custody.
This isn't the first time the Perks of Being A Wallflower actor got violent in a bar. In 2020, footage of Miller choking a woman in a bar in Iceland surfaced online. Per Variety, sources close to the situation described the situation as a serious altercation which led to Miller being escorted off the premises by staff.
Miller will be playing Barry Allen, i.e. the Flash in the upcoming Flash film, which is set to hit theaters on June 23, 2023. After appearing in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League and Zack Snyder’s Justice League, this will be Miller's first solo film.
