New Summer Travel Deals On Flights From Fort Myers

Just in time for your vacation planning, today there are some new summer travel deals on flights from Fort Myers. Breeze Airways is commemorating the third anniversary of its very first day of ticket sales with the fare sale. It all begins today.

Breeze calls itself U.S.’ only NLCC, or ‘Nice Low Cost Carrier,’ Since arriving in Southwest Florida they have steadily increased the number of flights and destinations served from RSW.

Waiting out the rain on a recent flight from RSW. Something that is all too common for summer travel. To help with costs, there are some new deals on flights from Fort Myers but you have to act fast to get them.

About The Deals On Flights From Fort Myers

Starting today, travelers can get 33-percent off all roundtrip base fares on travel from May 29 through October 1, 2024. Certain flights and/or days of travel may be unavailable. To get the discount, you will have to apply the code THREE at checkout.

You can only get that discount by purchasing your tickets directly from Breeze through their mobile app or website.

Finally, you have a limited time to book those flights. The birthday promotion ends May 24 at 11:59pm PT.

In April, Breeze opened a new base at RSW. Aircraft and crew now overnight here. The airport in Southwest Florida is the airline’s ninth base of operations nationally and the third one in Florida. Orlando and Tampa are the others in the Sunshine State.

The airline has a fleet of A200-300 planes. They are also known for not charging change or cancellation fees up to 15 minutes prior to departure. Other features include free family seating and a la carte pricing.

There are new consumer protection rules in place this summer to help you get compensation for canceled and delayed flights. It’s also important to know your rights if your baggage gets lost or delayed.

My bags got lost last summer. For a month. While changing locations in Europe, I made it to the next destination but my bag didn’t. I finished the trip with what was in my backpack and hoped my luggage would eventually show up in Southwest Florida.

It’s a good idea to brush up on some of these things in case the unthinkable happens to you. Also, remember that these videos come from social media folks. So it’s also a good idea to double check the fine details.
