Police have identified them man who was killed during a fight at the Redneck Mud Park this past weekend. 27 year old Ramon Muino Jr. of Clewiston was killed duing a fight between guests and security personnel at the park Saturday night. There have been reports he suffered a heart attack during the fight.   The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said Muino Jr.’s autopsy is complete and his cause of death will be released once toxicology reports are available.

 

Police continue to investigate the hit and run death of 8 year old Layla Aiken in Cape Coral earlier this week. They’ve seized a red pickup truck they say may have been involved in the hit and run, and police say they have a “person of interest” they’re looking into, but they’re not ready to announce an arrest.

 

Kristie Johnson of Northport has been arrested after leaving her five kids in her car, while she drank in a Port Charlotte bar. She’s been arrested on five charges of child neglect.

 

35 year old Christopher Cooper took to the trees to try and escape deputies, after he reportedly assaulted a victim at the Tringali Center in Englewood.  K9 units and police helicopters were called in for the search. Cooper has been charged with  domestic battery, resisting an officer without violence and violation of probation

FBI Reportedly Probing Why Jussie Smollett Charges Were Dropped

  • The FBI has launched an investigation into the Jussie Smollett case.
  • They are investigating why prosecutors decided to drop criminal charges against Jussie.
  • Chicago’s WLS-TV sites two law enforcement officials as stating that the FBI is involved.

  • There is a science to watching your favorite T.V. shows over and over again, shows like “Friends”, “Martin” and even “Breaking Bad” give us a sense of familiarity that is nostalgic.

Woman Gives Birth to Twins With Different Dads

 

  • Anyone who has had a one-night stand assumes it’s just that a one-night fling. This wasn’t the case for a woman in China.
  • After giving birth to twin boys, her husband grew suspicious when one of the boys did not look like him or his wife and requested a DNA test. It’s no surprise he was shocked to find out that one of the boys was his and the other was not.
  • Initially, his wife denied it but after being confronted by not only her husband but the doctor too, she finally confessed to having a one-night stand. The father decided to raise his own child, but not the other guy’s child….I mean can you blame him?!

Florida Man Fakes Robbery To Get Out Of Work

  • Here’s your Florida story for the day – a man called 911 with an elaborate robbery story, just so he could get out of going to work.
  • Police say 32-year-old Brian Anderson told 911 dispatchers that two gun-wielding men stole his phone, money, and necklace, then threw the phone on the ground before driving off in a black Ford Crown Victoria.
  • However, when cops showed up, they quickly realized none of it was true.  Anderson admitted that he made it all up to avoid working his scheduled shift at Hardees.
  • Anderson ended up being taken to jail on charges of giving false information to police.  But at least he didn’t have to go to work.
