It was an afternoon of celebration, inspiration and awarding outstanding women in Southwest Florida. Tuesday. The 12 winners for the 2024 Sunny 106.3 Outstanding Women Of Southwest Florida Awards were honored with a luncheon and a gorgeous glass statue.
The awards are designed to recognize local women who make a difference in our community in all walks of life. We have successful businesswomen, healthcare workers, volunteers, and more. Many are the unsung heroes who often go unnoticed.
However, their work and contributions to Southwest Florida make the area a better place. They uplift the people around them and make them better in the process.
It was great to see some of the past year’s winners too. Once an Outstanding Woman of Southwest Florida, always an Outstanding Woman of Southwest Florida. Past winners are invited back every year to continue the tradition and welcome the new group.
