Brides Can Now Register For Blowouts
Let’s face it: blenders are cool, but you most likely already own one. Do you really need to register for another one when you’re getting married? Probably not.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if your friends and family could take the money they were going to spend on the Magic Bullet and pamper you with a fresh blowout instead? Good news! This is now a thing.
Blowout company Drybar has partnered with wedding planning company Zola to allow brides to register for some hair TLC in advance of their big day. Hey, wedding planning is stressful, and having a professional stylist to make you feel pretty helps.
We love the idea of getting creative when it comes to wedding registries. Here are a few other things we think brides and grooms should be able to register for:
- A ghost writer to take care of all of those thank you notes. You appreciate the gifts and know that thank you notes need to be written. But hand cramps are a real concern.
- A yoga teacher to lead a pre-wedding session to keep everyone feeling cool, calm, and collected.
- A PR person to handle the, “So! When are you having kids?” questions that will immediately begin coming in once the reception is over.
Also, you know every pair of newlyweds could use an influx of junk food delivered right to their door as soon as the wedding is over. That #sheddingforthewedding business gets OLD after a while.
