Feel Good Story Of The Day: Nonprofit Rescue Saves Over 300 Animals
Rancho Relaxo’s mission is to help rescue animals of all kinds have a quality of life. Caitlin Cimini started her journey when she saved a Mustang from the United States government. According to the website, after she adopted Halona she decided to search for a perfect farm to rescue other horses.
Soon, she found a retired horse saved from slaughter and things began to fall into place. Her family began to grow even more when she was given three old hens as a housewarming gift by her neighbors.
Since then, Caitlin has given a home to many foster kittens, puppies, piglets and a series of exotic animals – all of which were rescued from a sad fate. Her farm and mission grew, becoming an animal advocacy nonprofit program.
Currently, Caitlin has horses, multiple goats, chickens, cows, dogs, sheeps, turkeys, and more! According to Bravo, they have saved over 300 animals.
