“The days of jumping back and forth between multiple music apps and YouTube are over,” Elias Roman said.
According to Complex, the home screen of the service will boast personalized options based on location and listening habits. YouTube Music will cost you nothing if you can deal with the ads, but there will also be a $9.99 per month premium version with no ads.
Roman also announced that Google Play Music subscribers will get a YouTube Music Premium membership added to their monthly plan, and a new version of YouTube Red called, YouTube Premium will give an ad-free experience while watching videos as well as a YouTube music subscription!
