It’s been a big week for flight deals and announcements from airlines serving Florida. There has been a new offer from a different airline almost everyday this week. We are getting ready for the fall and holiday travel season. It’s a time when new routes are often announced as well. Routes like this new non-stop flights coming to Fort Myers’ RSW airport. RSW is the premier airport in Southwest Florida and it’s the time of year when traffic starts picking up again.
The newest addition to flight schedules comes from Frontier Airlines. New routes include Detroit (DTW) and Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP). These flights begin in November and run through February 13th. In addition, the airline has announced the return of several other popular seasonal routes to New York state. They include Long Island (ISP), Buffalo (BUF), and Syracuse (SYR).
