Target, Trader Joe’s And Other Grocers To Give Employees A Break On Easter Sunday
As grocery store employees continue to work tirelessly during the coronavirus pandemic, many big chains are planning to give them a break on Easter Sunday.
Trader Joe’s announced they will be closing all stores on Easter Sunday, April 12 to allow employees a day to rest, according to the store website.
In addition, Aldi, Costco, Publix, Sam’s Club, and Target will also be closed on Easter Sunday, The Today Show reported. So be sure to stock up on your easter egg decorating kits in advance.
Many of these stores like Publix, traditionally close on the holiday, but this year it takes on a new meaning.
Walmart is expected to remain open.
