Today’s fabulous find is this crazy kitchen gadget that shreds scallions or red onions, into these little julien pieces.
I was at a friends house for dinner and she was tediously cutting vegetables for an Asian fish dish. You can see from the picture that cutting all the ginger and such could get a bit tedious.
When she pulled out this gadget I was fascinated by how well it worked and how much it sped the prep process. It’s a game changer if you hate cutting those scallions.
