Bark Airlines For Dogs Adds Flights To Florida
If you like the life of luxury in first class when you fly, your 4-legged friend can experience that too as Bark Airlines for dogs adds flights to Florida.
When I was younger I used to love to road trip. To plan a trip with a bunch of friends, load up the car and head out on a grand adventure. The older I get though, I’m all about efficiency and the quicker I can get to where I’m going the better. Especially for a short flight, I’m less particular about which airline I fly or where I sit, but for a longer flight, I like to be comfortable. And I always say that my dog, Rocket, is the ‘King of Comfort’ so if I took him on a flight, I’d want him to be just as comfortable as me, if not more.
Well, Bark Airlines, a dog-friendly airline has added flights between New York and Florida so you can take your furry friend with you to The Big Apple.
Bark Airlines For Dogs Adds Flights To Florida
If you’re unfamiliar with Bark Air, they’re a relatively new airline that cater to dogs. Usually when you fly with dogs, they have to be in a carrier under the seat, but not on Bark, there are no crates, no pet carriers, and no stressful lines for you or your trusty companion to wait it. In the cabin will be things to help with calming like pheromones, music, and warm lavender-scented towels, plus beverages, treats and snacks.
Starting in February, there will be new route added on Bark Air between New York City and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. But be expecting to pay. While not as expensive as some of the flights offered by this airline which are priced at $6000 for a one-way on a domestic flight and $8000 for a one-way international flight, on this new route flights will be $950 for a one-way flight for one dog (or two with a combined weight of 50 pounds) and one human owner.
