Uh oh! Justin Bieber is in trouble with the law, again!
TMZ is reporting the lawsuit stems from his involvement in a brawl in 2016.
At the time, the Biebs was in Cleveland for a game during the NBA Finals.
For unknown reasons, the pop star got into an altercation with the victim, Tobias Cannon.
The incident occurred outside a hotel.
Cannon claims he suffered multiple injuries, including a concussion during the ordeal.
The question is, did Bieber act in self defense?
If you watch the footage, it appears Cannon threw the first punch and then Bieber, and his crew, retaliated.
It’s not clear at this time how much Cannon is suing Bieber for.
