‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ Star Files Restraining Order Against Estranged Husband
RHOC star Gina Kirschenheiter has filed a restraining order against her estranged husband Matthew Kirschenheiter, Us Weekly reports.
Gina, 35, filed the paperwork on Monday, June 24, the magazine reports. It comes on the heels of his arrest in Orange County, California. The Blast reports that Matthew, 35, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, although he has yet to be officially charged.
The couple split in July of 2018 before the filming of the current season of the Bravo show began. They are parents to three children and had been married since 2010.
Gina had recently sparked reconciliation rumors when she posted a sweet message about Matthew on social media earlier this month for his birthday.

“Thanks for being the best father to our kids, and the best friend a girl could ask for,” she wrote on June 11. “Wouldn’t want to take on this crazy life with anyone else. Like you said, ‘I’m your person and you’re mine.’”
She also posted a message to him on Father’s Day as well.

It’s been a drama-filled year for the on-and-off-again couple. Gina was arrested for DUI in January, which she called a “very bad choice after a mom’s night out.”
Details of the alleged temporary reconciliation will reportedly air on the 14th season of the Bravo show, which returns later this year.
Gina has requested an emergency hearing to discuss allegations of domestic violence. The Blast reports that his arrest and her filing are likely connected to the same incident.
