Ariana Grande Tweets That She May Not be at VMA Awards
Bad news for Ariana Grande fans: she may miss the MTV Video Music Awards.
The singer, who was nominated for ten awards, posted a link on Twitter yesterday where her fans could go vote for her.
One account, @arianaculture, commented on this post with a meme asking “are you gonna attend,” to which Ariana replied, “i have shows in london the day before and after :/.”

Grande is currently on her Sweetener tour, which will make it hard to appear. According to Page Six, this is putting MTV in a tough spot. They have a source that says, “MTV likes to give awards to bodies in the building.”
Ariana is up for ten awards, including Video of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year. The Video Music Awards will be August 26 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
