A-Rod has rented a $5 million mansion in Bridgehampton this summer while he continues to look at property to buy in Manhattan and in the Hamptons, Page Six reported. Rodriguez’s summer place is just over a mile from Lopez’s $10 million spread in Water Mill, where the former couple spent last summer with their kids. Over the weekend, Rodriguez shared a video of himself on Instagram shooting hoops outside his new Hamptons pad, three minutes away from Lopez’s home.
Per Page Six , the former Yankees player was spotted hanging out with Ben Affleck’s ex Lindsay Shookus at her birthday party on Saturday (June 19). In the clip, Rodriguez, 45, is seated next to Shookus, 41, at an intimate backyard gathering in the Hamptons as Josh Beckerman, known as the “Foodie Magician,” performs a magic routine for the Saturday Night Live producer’s guests.
As Bennifer 2.0 has continued to progress, the timing of Shookus and A-Rod’s hangout sparks interest in the ultimate love triangle ever. However, the outlet reports that the pair are longtime pals and nothing more. A rep for Rodriguez said, “There is absolutely zero there,” adding, “They’ve been friends for 15 years.”
Shookus and Affleck, 48, dated off and on from 2017 to 2019. She is an American television producer for Saturday Night Live. Lopez, 51, broke off her engagement with Rodriguez earlier this year after dating since 2017 following cheating allegations about the retired MLB star.
In December 2019, Shookus was spotted having dinner with Rodriguez and Lopez. They went out to eat with SNL cast members ahead of J-Lo’s hosting gig.
