There’s A 35 Million Dollar Home For Sale In Naples And They Just Put Up A Video
Ok, we all know the housing market has been absolutely on fire here in Southwest Florida. My house in Estero is now valued at double what I paid for it just 5 years ago. A couple of months ago, I wrote “The 10 Most Expensive Houses For Sale In Naples Right Now“. The highest priced home on that list was 29.9 million, Oh, and it looks like that one sold. Well check this out. There is a 35 million dollar listing for sale in Naples right now. Since people like us will probably never get invited to a party there, we’re in luck. There’s a video:
Skimming through the comments section it looks like the best put down people could come up with is the lack of privacy. That’s what you got? If I live in a 35 million dollar house I want people to see me. Smile and wave, yeah that’s me. Ok, the numbers.
20% down is 7 million.
4% of closing costs is 1.4 million. In normal times I’d want the seller to eat the closing costs but it seems like if you try that now they just refuse your offer. My neighbor calls that a “practice contract”.
So after 8.4 million at closing we’re looking at a payment of around $167,680 a month. Maybe we can chip in together. I’m gonna be a little short on my money, so I volunteer to take the smaller bedroom. I have a really great credit score, though. And here is the listing:
