Great news for anyone looking for a job in Southwest Florida. Amazon is hiring a team of Santa’s Elves in Florida. The online shopping company needs those so-called elves to help through the holidays. OK, they are not calling them elves, I am. But it fits with the timing and the mission. The company is looking to fill more than 16,000 jobs from Jacksonville to Orlando, Tampa to Miami and everywhere in between, to help the company maneuver through the busy holiday season.

The pay varies but averages over $20.50 per hour and can go up to $28 depending on location and such. And the jobs are not just for delivery drivers if that is not a position that is up your alley.
